    Your orders will be shipped through our courier provider USPS.

  • Shipping Time:

    Your orders will be expected to arrive within 5-15 working days.
    The shipping time is estimated and varies due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, weather delay, holidays and the items you order.
    Your information (especially delivery address, telephone number and email address) of the order should be precise and concrete for smooth delivery.

  • Return and Refund

    1. Once you receive the order, you must check the goods immediately. You must confirm responsibility without any delay in case of defects or damage.
    2. Before returning the goods, make sure that they are in the original condition. Goods must be returned within 8 days of receipt - unbound and including all original packaging and labels. We will credit your original payment method, excluding 25% re-stocking / administration fee and US $ 30 return costs.
    3. If you have caused the damage you are liable for damages. All shipping costs related to the return of goods are under the responsibility of the consumer.

  • Order Canceling

    1. You should contact https://www.warm-boots.com/ within 24 hours after you place your order if you want to change or cancel your order because we will process you order as soon as possible. 25% cancellation fee applies.2. If the delivery has already been arranged, the customer should apply for return and refund after you receive the order. 3. For canceled orders, you will get refund within 30 business days.

    1. How much is shipping?

      Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

    2. Can I track my order?

      We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.
